the best bubble tea I've ever had. the customer service is impeccable, staff are really friendly I was extremely happy. they give you a taste of the drink before its sealed to make sure its sweet enough and just right for your taste buds making the overall experience even more delightful and personalised to the customers needs. my favourite had to be the beyond brown sugar tea as it had the perfect balance of creaminess and sweetness alongside the soft tapioca it was just heaven in a cup. I recommend this place to anyone who wants bubble tea and are looking for something to satisfy cravings they never had.

This is my first time at Beyond Boba, I was visiting from Washington DC to London for two days it was so nice to taste a drink from Boba and Ms. Asia helped us to choose a right drink for us and she was so nice and humble. Thanks to her.

2 visit review 1st experience (on a busy saturday evening) lots of staff and I received my drink very quickly I ordered the lychee tea with the passion fruit jelly I really enjoyed it, it was nice and cold and refreshing had a nice iced tea flavour and wasn't too sweet 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I knew i had to return one day 2nd experience (almost closing time on a very very hot Monday) this time i decided to try their frozen fusion slush drinks.. i ordered the something blue, i was told it was citrusy.. but all i tasted was sugar. Way way too sweet for me, sickeningly sweet. I had to return it. I just could not drink it at all The shop had 2 workers but lots of customers, it must have been a busy day as polite as they were you could tell they were tired and kinda slow motion, but it was closing time so i could understand. The staff member politely replaced it for me with a different fruit tea free of charge, which was drinkable but again i think the drink was more on the sweeter side than i would have liked. I've been to CUPP, bubbleology and few other ones before and this is the first time i've felt an iced tea be too sweet. Personally I think some of the recipes need to be tweaked, but i will visit again and give them another go Shops decor is nice and the prices are reasonable.
